Shipping

While we endeavor to get our products out as fast as possible, please allow 1- 2 days for your order to be dispatched and allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Depending on your order and the size/weight of the item delivery will be through one of our transport service providers; New Zealand Couriers for items under 25kg, Transfreight for Auckland deliveries, Mainfreight for the rest of the North Island and Owens for South Island deliveries.

Returns

Requests to return goods for credit must be made within 30 days of date of delivery.  If the goods have been damaged in freight please notify us immediately. Click here to complete the online form and a customer service person will come back to you within 24 hours (business hours).
